- I have 18 years experience in real estate with a strong background in negotiations and contracts. My motto is "service first." In addition I am very interested in my community and participate in several service organizations in addition to being a director of the Athens Limestone Assoication of Realtors. Additionally, I am a past president of this organization and a past director of the Alabama Association of Realtors. Some of my local activities are Trustee of the Athens - Limestone Public Library and chairman of the City of Athens Planning Commission. I am an active member of our local Chamber of Commerce and a past director and officer of this organizattion. I have worked hard to achieve a reputation of competence and have attained several real estate professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist. I am a Vietnam Veteran, an active member of the American Legion and am retired from the U.S. Army.
